Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: The HOUSE RULES, for the House located at HOME'S LOCATION, as outlined below, apply to the Booking Party (name on the reservation) and anyone else staying at the home (Guests) and/or visiting the home (GUESTS) with pre-approval from host/co-hosts. By signing the HOUSE RULES, the Booking Party is acknowledging full awareness of them and compliance with them. Furthermore the GUESTS and any Friends of Guests visiting the home shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Hosts and the Co-Hosts against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Hosts and Co-Hosts may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance for Themselves and Their Guests if such coverage is desired. The Booking Party (Guest) also agrees that by signing, ALL guests included in the reservation/booking as well as any/all visitors to the home during the booking period, have full knowledge of the HOUSE RULES and agree to be bound by them while on property. PARKING PASS: In the office in the left desk drawer , there is a parking pass , if needed. Feel free to use, but please be sure it is returned. So, do not enter headfirst (absolutely no diving). -No children may go in or near the pool unless CLOSELY supervised. -No food or drinks in the pool Turn on the AQUALINK pool via the iPad - located on the counter in the Media area. The pool is set to 86 degrees and the spa is set to 104 degrees and they cannot heat simultaneously. We ask guests to be mindful of keeping the heat OFF when not in use out of respect for our homeowners as well as it will deplete the spa if left running continuously. We appreciate your cooperation. A/C & HEAT: There are 2 Nest thermostats for each level of the home. One is located in the upstairs hallway between Primary bedroom & Living room and one is located in the downstairs hallway across from the bathroom. **Please do not set thermostats below 68 degrees so the A/C unit doesn’t freeze over** GARDENER & TRASH PICKUP/INFO: The trash bins need to go out to the curb on Wednesday evenings. All garbage needs to be taken out before check-out. The black can is for garbage, the blue for recycling and the green is for gardening use. Thank you for cleaning up after yourselves. Trash pick-up for outdoor garbage cans is on Thursdays. The Gardener comes once a week as does the Pool Person. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: All Guests see that the home has a pool and spa. Guests understand that they will need to exercise caution to use any of the above facilities/amenities. By signing, the Booking Party and Guests agree that they are willingly using the pool and spa and will adhere to all rules as outlined in the House Rules manual, located in the Digital Guidebook and on platform. If the Booking Party and Guests end up experiencing personal injury as a result of use, they agree that they will not hold the Homeowners of the home/co-hosts liable for those injuries. Accordingly, the booking party & guests expressly waive any and all liability that the Homeowners/co-hosts might incur as a result of any personal injuries they might experience because of using these facilities/amenities. The Booking Party and Guests hereby waive their rights to seek liability for any injuries arising from the use of the pool or spa located at HOME LOCATION from the Homeowners as well as their past, present and future heirs, attorneys, agents, representatives, employees, managers, successors-in-interest and assigns. The Booking Party and Guests make this agreement willingly, and understand that they can easily not use these facilities/amenities. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please keep in mind that our Cancellation policy is MODERATE, which means you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel AT LEAST five days before your scheduled arrival. Yes, all quests who are staying at the home overnight must submit their names to be included on the reservation. They must also agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions.
