Additional Information:

• You will have access to absolutely everything on the property including large outdoor areas, private pool, kitchen and more. Parking available on property in garage and driveway. Guest will access home via self-check-in using a custom code.

• We can provide the following extra amenities at a fee to ensure comfort and convenience during your stay:

• Pets acceptable only upon host authorization. Pet fee is $150 per pet.

• Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. Heating fee will be $100/day plus fees/taxes, for the duration of your stay
