Sun Kissed is a spacious and well-furnished oceanfront home perfect for family get-togethers or a group of friends! This two-story home comes equipped with a whopping 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms! There are plenty of areas to catch up and unwind with the multiple common areas, including the living room, upstairs balcony, and downstairs deck! The balcony provides full sun in the afternoon, while the deck downstairs is perfect for getting some shade!

When you walk through the front door, you're immediately in one of the main attractions, the open concept grand kitchen, which features a massive breakfast bar that seats the whole family, the ultra-plush living room, and dining area! The kitchen is fully equipped for your every culinary need, including brand-new stainless-steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker! Make sure to check the pictures for the ultra-modern kitchen island, with a built-in stove top! The kitchen also boasts views of both the living room and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

The master suite is located downstairs (past the stairs) with direct access to the deck, so you can get those precious direct ocean views and sounds right from your very own king-sized bed. Not only that, but it comes with a private office nook with ocean views! Working while on vacation is never fun, so if you have to, you might as well do it at the beach!

Venturing up to the second-floor bedrooms, you first come across Bedroom 2, a queen-size bed with direct ocean views and a full en suite bathroom! Bedroom 3 is perfect for new parents, as it contains a king-sized bed, a brand-new remodeled shower, and a crib for the little ones! There is also a highchair available. Bedroom 4 is great for the younger members of the family, which includes a twin-sized bunk bed! The bean bags, couch, and TV make this the perfect teen hangout! Last but not least, bedroom 5 is a cozy room with two twin beds. All upstairs bedrooms except for the bunk bedroom have balcony access! And of course, each bedroom has a TV!

You really can't beat the nearly private beaches of South Ponte Vedra! Even the most crowded days still have plenty of space between you and your fellow beachgoers! Did we mention a sandpit area on the main deck for the kids to play in?

Sun Kissed provides all of the essentials and necessities one would expect from their own homes!  Of course, there's a large washer and dryer provided to keep your clothes fresh for your next beach adventure! There's also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off before you go inside!
