Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a smart TV on a swivel mount, so you can adjust it for the perfect viewing angle, all equipped with free Roku TV. You can log in to your personal streaming accounts.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, which can be put together to create a king bed upon request. Let us know in advance if you’d like this setup!
A crib is available upon request for your little one’s comfort and safety.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials of everyday cooking. As well as a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, cuban cafetera, dishwasher and more!
Laundry Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer, and we may provide some detergent and softener for your convenience.
Bathroom: The bathroom is stocked with towels, washcloths, floor towels, hand soap, a first-aid kit, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
Parking: Free parking is available with 4 designated spots in front of the home. Street parking is not allowed.
Private Backyard: Enjoy YOUR OWN private backyard with a 6 ft fence & all around for extra privacy and a gate. A 2 ft deep tank pool, a comfortable seating area, and a gas BBQ—perfect for relaxing and unwinding!

Step onto our regulation-size pickleball court, measuring 44' by 20' with a standard net height and a generous 10 feet of clearance behind each baseline for comfortable movement and competitive play.

Is this a shared space or private home?
This is one side of a duplex, but everything is completely private including your entrance, backyard, grill, and tank pool. The yard is enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence and a secure gate, so you’ll have full peace and quiet during your stay.
Do we have access to the pickleball court?
Yes! Guests have free access to our full-size pickleball court, which is shared only with the guests from the other unit on the property. We provide paddles and balls for you to enjoy during your stay. The court is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
Can I park on the property?
Absolutely. We offer free parking in the driveway, with space for up to 4 vehicles per unit.
Is the backyard shared?
Not at all! Your backyard is 100% private, fully fenced in with a 6-foot privacy fence, outdoor dining area, tank pool, and BBQ grill.
How far is the beach and main attractions?
We're just 10–15 minutes from Las Olas Boulevard, Las Olas Beach, the airport, and Port Everglades. Uber/Lyft and rental cars are both easy options for getting around.
