The front door has a keypad for code access—we will provide your unique code before check-in, and it will only work during your stay.

The Space:

• Living Room: Unwind in a modern space with striking royal blue walls and silver accents that create a bold, elegant vibe. The cozy seating and smart TV with free Roku make it easy to relax after a day in the sun. You’re welcome to log into your favorite streaming apps—just remember to log out before checkout! Also features a Pac-Man arcade machine for endless entertainment.

• Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a smart TV on a swivel mount, so you can adjust it for the perfect viewing angle, all equipped with free Roku TV. You can log in to your personal streaming accounts—just remember to log out before checkout.

  • Bedroom 1: One King bed

  • Bedroom 2: Two full beds

  • Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, which can be put together to create a king bed upon request. Let us know in advance if you’d like this setup!

  • A playpen is available upon request for your little one’s comfort and safety.

• Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials of everyday cooking. As well as a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, Cuban cafetera, dishwasher, and more!

• Laundry Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer, and we may provide some detergent and softener for your convenience, as well as an iron, an ironing board, and some cleaning supplies.

• Bathroom: The bathroom is stocked with towels, washcloths, floor towels, hand soap, first-aid kit, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer for your convenience.

• Parking: Free parking is available with 4 designated spots in front of the home. Street parking is not allowed.

• Private Backyard: Enjoy YOUR OWN private backyard with a 6 ft fence all around for extra privacy and a gate. A 2 ft deep tank pool, a comfortable seating area, and a gas BBQ—perfect for relaxing and unwinding!

• Access to a Full-Size Pickleball Court (shared with our other unit only)

  • Step onto our regulation-size pickleball court, measuring 44' by 20' with a standard net height and a generous 8 feet of clearance behind each baseline for comfortable movement and competitive play.

  • Hours: Sunrise to Sunset (to respect our neighbors)

  • Equipment: Paddles and balls provided – please return them after use

  • Keep it clean: Please dispose of any trash properly

• Please note: This home is part of a duplex

• Your space is completely private, with its own separate entrance, dedicated parking, and fully fenced backyard. The backyard is enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence and gate, ensuring a peaceful and secluded experience.

• For a little extra fun, you have the optional shared use of a pickleball court, accessible through a 6-foot gated entry from your backyard. Whether you choose to relax in your private outdoor space or enjoy a friendly game, the choice is yours.
