About the neighborhood
Coronado 5.9 is located within the Quivira development, which is part of the Pueblo Bonito group, which has one of the most popular golf courses, and where you can book in advance, in addition to bars and restaurants in the development to which you have access at a discount for being a guest of the property.
Getting around
The property is rented with a 6-seater golf cart, which you can use to move around the development. Additionally, if your group requires any extras, our concierge can gladly help you with that and many other activities.
Frequently Asked Questions
Am I able to pay cash for my stay?
You can always make an agreement to pay cash upon arrival, but a certain number of nights' deposit will be required to guarantee the reservation, which is non-refundable.
Is loud music allowed?
Coronado has a noise control policy until before 10 pm. After that time, if security considers the volume to be too high, they will ask you to modulate it a little.
Can I add additional people to my reservation?
The quote is always based on the number of people, not the maximum capacity of the house. However, you can always add people at an additional cost per person per night of $150 USD. In addition, guests must be added to the guest list for security access and discounts at the development's points of sale. Guests are allowed until 10 pm. (No guests other than those on the list are allowed for security reasons). No taxis, no Ubers without guests, or other food delivery apps are allowed inside the development.
Is the use of external providers permitted?
The house prefers to work with its own suppliers. This helps maintain controlled security access and the care of the property. However, upon request, it can be inspected; any damage will be retained as a security deposit.
Is there a damage deposit?
Damage deposit of 1000 US dollars, refundable upon departure after inspection of the property.

Policies for towel use?
We have specific towels for makeup, however, if there are too many stained towels, a portion of the security deposit will be deducted for specialized laundry and/or replacement as the case may be.
How do you access the golf cart for use?
If your reservation includes a golf cart, you must fill out the form authorizing it. This includes a copy of the driver's ID, as well as a $12k USD damage guarantee policy for collision or rollover.
