We can host up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms (1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 double beds), with plenty of space to spread out, get ready, and hang together comfortably.
Is the house good for bachelorette parties?
Yes — it’s perfect for bachelorettes. The layout, rooftop patio, walkable location, and proximity to bars/restaurants make it an ideal home base for a fun (but elevated) girls weekend.
Do we need to rent a car?
Nope! Most groups don’t. You can walk or bike to everything — beach, coffee, shopping, and nightlife. We also provide free bikes + there’s a complimentary beach tram.
How far is the beach?
Literally minutes from the house, and even better-- it's deeded beach access. You can walk the couple blocks to the beach or take the free Seacrest tram, which runs regularly and takes you straight to the sand! We provide beach towels, chairs, and all the things. There's also concierge beach service available of you want a premier location saved for you in the sand!
Is there space for getting ready as a group?
Yes — this is a big one for girls trips. There’s plenty of space across bedrooms and bathrooms, plus mirrors and open areas so everyone can get ready without feeling cramped.

Can we decorate for a bachelorette or birthday?
Absolutely! Most groups bring decor or work with local vendors. We're happy to recommend some stellar local teams to help you decorate for the PERFECT trip. Just no confetti or anything that’s hard to clean — we want to keep the house in great shape for everyone.
Are there good spots nearby for going out?
Yes — you’re walking distance to some of the best on 30A, including Peddlers (live music), La Crema (tapas + drinks), and O-Ku (sushi + vibe). No need for Ubers.
What makes this house better than others for groups?
Location + layout + rooftop. You can walk everywhere, sleep a large group comfortably, and the rooftop patio (with firepit + dining) becomes your go-to hangout spot.
Do you provide bikes, beach gear, or extras?
Yes — we provide free bikes for guests, and the home is fully stocked with essentials (including luxury bath products). Beach access is easy with a short walk or with the tram.
Is the house more “party” or “relaxing”?
It’s the perfect mix. You can go out and enjoy 30A, then come back to a beautiful, comfortable space to hang, recharge, and spend time together — no need to choose one or the other.
