This 5-bedroom 4-bath Villa is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends to come and experience all that Cancun has to offer. The villa is located in the heart of Cancun´s hotel zone and is also waterfront on Cancun´s biggest lagoon.

Casa Lagoon Cancun is a cozy Villa located 5 minutes from all the hottest clubs and restaurants in Cancun. From the moment you walk through the doors, you will feel right at home!

When you first walk through the gates you have a little garden seating area and once inside you’ll walk through the entrance to where you have a fully equipped kitchen as well as living room seating area with a flatscreen tv.

Outside on the patio, their is a long rectangular table where most guests opt to eat their meals. Also outside their is another seating area with a flatscreen tv to be able to enjoy the beautiful Cancun weather and still watch your favorite games or tv shows. We have a private pool just for the guests of the Villa as well as chairs to lay in the sun and a palapa over the water perfect for entertaining and having meals and drinks.

On the first level there is 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom, and upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

• The 4th full bathroom is on the first level of the house right across the hall from the first bedroom.
