The Space
Jungalow is spread out over three thoughtfully styled floors. On the main level, you’ll find a welcoming living area with bold color pops, a 55" Smart TV, and a plush sofa perfect for group hangs. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prep meals or morning coffee, from quartz countertops and full-sized appliances to a stocked coffee bar with your next favorite roast. The second floor hosts the first king bedroom, plus laundry and the full bathroom. Up on the third floor are two more king beds under charming angled ceilings, perfect for additional guests to spread out.
Each bedroom features luxe bedding, Smart TVs, tower fans, and white noise machines for a peaceful night’s sleep. A queen air mattress and pack & play are also available for additional guests. The single full bath is well-appointed with plush towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and a steamer for getting ready.
With design-forward touches, a dedicated workspace, strong WiFi, and photo-friendly decor throughout, this home is perfect for bachelorettes, birthdays, or any group looking for a bit of fun.

Guests have private access to the entire home. Enjoy self check-in with a smart lock and your own personal code. Washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Street parking is available and we provide a free permit for one vehicle.
This is a duplex and shares a wall with the neighboring unit, which is another unit of ours. White noise machines are provided. Original hardwood floors and staircases span all three levels. Pet-friendly for $40 per pet, per night. Add-on celebration packages are available including birthday and romance setups.
Ask about booking both sides of the duplex to sleep larger groups up to 16.
