Frequently Asked Questions
Is the whole building cold?
No! Only the ICEBAR itself is kept at a frosty 22°F. The majority of our venue is all kept at a comfortable room temperature.
Do you provide coats and gloves?
Yes! A coat and gloves are included with every ICEBAR admission to keep you comfortable during your visit. Faux fur coat upgrades are also available.
What should I wear?
Dressy casual or resort casual attire is recommended. Closed-toe shoes are encouraged for the ice room but are not required.
Is there a cover charge?
The Fire Lounge does not have a cover charge (special events excluded). The ICEBAR does require admission but discounted packages are available online.
Do you serve food?
Yes! Our Fire Lounge offers a menu of shareable bites and appetizers, including sliders, flatbreads, tacos, fries, and more.
