Kalie can work from a theme you bring or help develop one. Past concepts have included Villains After Dark cocktail menus and Rosé Garden brunch bars, and the add-on list runs from a 4-foot spiral champagne tower to bubble machines and photo packages. The setup becomes the natural gathering point for guests, and that's intentional.

What's Actually Included

Bad & Bubbly operates as a dry bar, which means you supply the alcohol and they handle everything else. That includes the cart, bar tools, fresh juices, garnishes, cocktail and mocktail mixers, pour service, and the bartender. Kalie will send a detailed shopping list if you need one and help you calculate how much to buy based on your guest count. For larger packages, the Wild Night tier brings custom decor, florals, personalized signage, and up to two bartenders for parties of 25 to 100. The Buzz, the most popular package, covers custom cart styling and a menu sign for groups between 15 and 50. Smaller gatherings can start with Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, a two-hour mimosa bar package built for brunches and intimate bachelorette hangs. A Bartender Only package is also available if you already have your own setup and just need the service.

Booking is recommended at least four to six weeks out during peak seasons, and 30 days is usually enough lead time for smaller events.
