Move with your breath, realign, and flow to the beat of your favorite songs! It's the perfect way to sweat out a hangover, harmonize the crew, and de-stress! Each session wraps up with soothing cold lavender eye towels, leaving everyone in a yoga-stoned savasana and ready to take on the day!

Yes, you can! The yoga class includes a custom playlist speckled with all of your favorite songs.
