What you'll do:

Flyte Bungee is a new, fun, and exciting workout studio now in Rockland County!

We are the first and only studio using bungee fitness, a new, innovative, and fun workout in the area! Bungee fitness is a high-intensity and low-impact workout, which is a unique combination, giving it the advantage of being a great workout that can be done by anyone, regardless of their fitness level. This also means that it can be done without straining joints that would normally limit one from exercising in the typical fashion, allowing those with limited mobility to participate as well!

The Science Behind Bungee Fitness:

Plyometrics – also know as jump training- muscles exert maximum force in short intervals to increase both speed and power. Low-Impact Plyometrics, Aerobic Cardio, and Resistance offers clients maximum offers maximum benefits without the pain and all the FUN! Clients can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout!

Musculo-Skeletal Love—Flyte Bungee takes the science of plyometrics to new heights, with a bungee-assisted, cardio-focused workout. Body weight and bungees to create resistance and flight! Tone muscles without the damaging impact, creating a fun exciting workout!

Additional information:

  • Once class starts, our doors will be locked for safety and will not be opened for any latecomers - no exceptions!

  • You will sweat! Make sure you are wearing the right clothing and leggings, and bring water

  • Please note that you must attend Level 1 classes at least twice before booking a Level 2 class.

  • Doors open 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time, and we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to get settled at your station. Unfortunately, latecomers will not be admitted once class has started, and you will still be charged for that session.

  • For private groups, cancellations must be made at least 14 days for full refund and 5 days for partial refund.
