What services can we include in our spa party package?

How much does a spa party cost?
Our 30-minute spa services start at $85 per guest, and 10-minute chair massages start at just $20 per guest. We can customize any spa party to fit your budget — there's no set package you have to choose. Our only requirement is a $250 booking minimum. Share your event details and we'll send a personalized quote for your group.
Is a mobile spa party good for a bachelorette party?
Absolutely — it's one of our most-booked events! No coordinating rides to a spa, no splitting up the group, and the bride never leaves the party. We can also add custom spa gift bags to make the weekend extra special.

How far in advance should I book my spa party?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for weekend events, especially bachelorettes and holiday dates. Have a last-minute celebration? Contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines based on availability as we do cater to same day appointments as well!
How many guests can you accommodate?
Groups of all sizes — from an intimate spa day for two to large parties and corporate events. We simply match the number of providers to your guest count so everyone gets pampered without long waits.
What do I need to provide? How much space is required?
Very little! Our providers arrive fully equipped with massage tables, fresh linens, oils, and spa products. A massage table needs roughly a 7' x 6' area; chair massage and nail stations need even less. A quiet room or open living space works perfectly.
Can you set up at a hotel or Airbnb?
Yes — we regularly serve hotels, vacation rentals, and Airbnbs. Just confirm your rental allows visiting service providers, and we'll handle the rest.
Are your providers licensed and vetted?
Every Spa Theory massage therapist, esthetician, and nail technician is licensed, experienced, and carefully vetted. All services follow local health and safety guidelines.
Can each guest choose a different treatment?
Yes! Guests can each pick their own service — one may want a deep tissue massage while another prefers a facial or express mani-pedi. We'll build a schedule so the rotation flows smoothly.
Do you offer spa parties for corporate events?
Yes — we provide corporate chair massage and office wellness events, perfect for employee appreciation days, team retreats, and client events. Ask us about corporate packages and invoicing.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Yes! Gratuity is included in your spa party pricing, so there's nothing extra to worry about on the day of your event. No awkward math, no covering tips for the whole group — just relax and enjoy.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your event are 100% refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, so we recommend confirming your guest count and timing early.
Can we add appointments or services on-site during the event?
Yes! If your group decides they want more pampering during the party, additional services can be added on-site. A 20% deposit will be held to cover any on-site add-ons, and all additional services must be confirmed by both the customer and the provider, then paid in full before the providers depart your location.
Who covers parking for the providers?
If paid parking is required at your location (hotel, high-rise, event venue, etc.), the customer is responsible for paying the provider directly for parking. We recommend letting us know about parking arrangements ahead of time so your providers can arrive and set up smoothly.
