Lovely boat but a hit and miss experience. The crew was very nice and accommodating- however they didn’t seem prepared for our charter. We never got direct confirmation or communication and were left scrambling to google an Instagram page to contact the company the day of to find out where to board. The embarkment was not from Brickell as advertised but a marina in Miami Beach 25 min away. The boat wasn’t supplied with enough ice or serving things and crew wasn’t prepared to help host an event.
