All equipment is provided like mats, booty bands, pilates balls, light weights, and lavender eye pillows for Yoga. Music is also included with a custom playlist if you wish, plus a small gift for the bride.

What type of classes does FIT BACH offer?

FIT BACH offers Barre, Pilates, Vinyasa or Slow Flow Yoga, Sculpt, HIIT, and Aqualates. All classes are customized for all levels and include all necessary equipment and props.

Where can the classes be held?

Accepted Answer

FIT BACH can come straight to your party pad in San Diego or meet you at a beach location of your choice. They can also meet at a different location like a park.

Can we customize the music for our class?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can request your own playlist songs for your class. Feel free to send us specific songs, an overall theme (like throwbacks, or Taylor Swift), or even your own Spotify link.

What should we wear for the classes?

Participants can wear any type of active/yoga wear and bare feet or grip socks.

Question 6

Can we take photos or videos during the class?

Accepted Answer

Yes, group photos and videos can be taken before, during, or after the class. Your instructor can use your phone, or send you any content they captured afterwards!

How long are the classes?

All classes are 1 hour long including set up/take down and time for group pics.
