Yes! All balloon garlands and installations are created and styled onsite to ensure they fit your space perfectly.
2. Can you deliver balloons already assembled?
Most larger garlands are assembled onsite, but smaller pieces (like minis or table garlands) may be delivered pre-built depending on size and weather.
3. How do you access our Airbnb or rental?
We coordinate directly with your host or property manager for entry, or you can share your access code. All access information is kept private and used only for setup.
4. What colors and styles can we choose from?
You can choose any color palette! We offer classic, trendy, and custom color blends. Send inspiration photos and we’ll match the vibe.
5. What areas do you service?
We service Annapolis, Baltimore, and surrounding Maryland areas. Locations outside our standard radius may have a small travel fee.

6. How long does setup take?
Most installations take 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on size and complexity.
7. Do you need anything from us for setup?
Just a clear space and any rules from your rental or venue (like restrictions on tape or outdoor décor). We bring everything else.
8. Can the balloons be used outdoors?
Yes, but outdoor installs depend on weather. Heat, wind, and rain can affect the longevity of balloons. If needed, we’ll adjust the design or move it indoors.
9. How long do the balloons last?
Indoor garlands can last several days to weeks. Outdoor garlands may last a few hours to a full day depending on weather conditions.
10. Do you offer tear-down?
Standard service includes setup only. Tear-down is available upon request for an additional fee.
11. What if I need a custom backdrop or sign?
We can provide add-ons like shimmer walls, backdrops, stands, and signage for an additional fee. Availability may vary by date.
12. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead. Last-minute spots may be available depending on the schedule.
