We came to Pittsburgh from Canada for the AC/DC concert. We rented on line the night before the concert, Exceptional Limo responded immediately with a price quote. We planned on driving in the day of the show. Paul called that morning to get a credit card and touch base on arrival times. He knew we were driving in and stayed in contact with us through out the afternoon. We got hung up at the border and that delayed our arrival. Paul called us and asked if we knew where we booked our hotel at? We had no clue it was a rundown rent by the hour place. We were running late getting to Pittsburgh. Exceptional limo booked us in a nice hotel south of the city. We met the limo at a shopping plaza just off the highway where we left our car. They got us to the concert on time without them we would have missed the start of the concert. At the end of the show they were right outside the stadium and took us back to our car, and we went to our hotel which was 10 minutes away. They made our night.

Fantastic experience! Spoke to Paul on phone, booking was easy and price was reasonable. The driver, Shelby, took our 8 senior football players out for dinner before the championship game & was great with communication, very professional & personable.
