Couple Recovery Session: Flow, Plunge, Sweat, Revive

What you'll do:
Experience a guided wellness experience for you and one other person. Flow, Plunge, Sweat, Revive.
This package includes 2 hours of open time to experience traditional sauna, cold plunge, hot soak & compression therapy during our open studio hours.
Sweat: Enjoy a meditative solo moment or socialize with others in our traditional sauna heated to 180 degrees. Whether you’re practicing stillness or integrating gentle movement with myofascial release tools, you will be sure to improve cardiovascular health, boost immunity and relieve pain.
Plunge: There’s no better way to bond and create special memories than with a cold plunge! Take the plunge into 40-45 degree water to boost your mood, immunity, and mental resilience. In just 11 minutes, activate your flow state, improve circulation, and reduce stress for a revitalizing reset, leaving you refreshed and focused.
Revive: Rest and recharge with air compression and heated PEMF mats to boost circulation, reduce swelling, and speed recovery. Feel the soothing infrared heat and pulsed electromagnetic fields enhance blood flow, promote recovery, and calm your nervous system. Whether unwinding, socializing, or working, enjoy deep relaxation and improved well-being.

Our wellness crew will be ready to greet you upon arrival.
Your sauna will be toasty, and the cold plunge will be prepped, all set for you to dive in. Just come as you are — we’ve got everything you need to help you unwind and feel your best.
WHAT TO BRING:
We’ll have a towel and robe waiting for you.
All you need to bring is your swimsuit, shorts, tee, or tank — anything you can move and sweat in comfortably. For active recovery, be sure to pack a change of clothes, a bag for your damp gear, and flip-flops to help prevent slipping. Most importantly, bring an open mind so you can fully relax, unwind, and let go.
