What you’ll do:

In Denver, detox to retox is the name of the game! Refresh your body and mind with a private 60-minute group yoga class at a tranquil location of your choice. Move with your breath, realign, and flow to the beat of your favorite songs! It's the perfect way to sweat out a hangover, harmonize the crew, and de-stress! Each session wraps up with soothing cold lavender eye towels, leaving everyone in a yoga-stoned savasana and ready to take on the day!

Classes are generally upbeat, heartfelt, and of course, super social with your besties. All skill levels are welcome and we're happy to modify classes and poses so everyone can achieve that yogi high!
