• Learn real choreography — Pick up a full sexy pole routine guided by your instructor, built for your group's pace, whether you've never touched a pole or you're a regular.

• Take the stage — Watch your instructor deliver a live performance in the studio, then use it as fuel for your own session.

• Strike your best shot — Your paparazzi-style photo and video shoot is built into the class, not tacked on at the end.
