Every single Saturday, we will be giving you the Ultimate Drag Experience, with amazing brunches where our queens will be doing their favorite performances and most show-stopping numbers! For an extra-special show, check us out on the first Saturday of every month for all the themed shows you have come to know and love from Big Wig Brunch!

  • All seating is general admission, first-come, first served

  • Doors to the Callback Bar open at 10:30 AM

  • It's always best for your group to order tickets together; however, if you're unable to do so, it's best for a representative of your party to check in with the box office at 10:30 AM so we can seat you together (we will ask for a name and the number of people in your party).

Are there accessibility services?

Ticketing: For ADA tickets, purchase your tickets as normal through PunchLinePhilly.com or in-person at our box office. If purchasing online, please email us at PunchLinePhilly@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in-advance of the show. Tickets purchased in-person can be noted for accommodations at the time of the transaction. Unexpected Needs: If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, please email us at PunchLinePhilly@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in-advance of the show. We have a limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion. Interpreter Requests: If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge to arrange for an interpreter for your visit. Hearing Assistance: Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 weeks notice. Will there be parking?

There are several parking lots located in close proximity to the venue. Public transportation is also very convenient with a stop located on Frankford Avenue. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis for a cash fee. If you are driving to our lots, we recommend that you set your GPS to 1025 N. Front St. in Philadelphia, PA.

Is there an age requirement?

Most shows at Punch Line Philly are 21+ (guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian), and our Big Wig Brunches are 18+. Age requirements may vary, so please check individual event pages for details.

Are there items I cannot bring into the venue?

We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue. - Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue. - Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building. - We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home. - You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined. - All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced. - All bags will be searched, and no large bags or backpacks will be allowed. - We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
