The Cow Lot is where cowboys work their cattle and carry out essential ranch tasks. In 1952, Nat Fleming, a young bootmaker, rodeo announcer, and an entrepreneur from North Texas, had a dream. He wanted to provide the cowboys with two essential tools of their trade: a good hat and a pair of well- fitting boots.
