Unwind and bond with your girls in a private group yoga or fitness class. This 60-minute class is customizable to fit your group's wants and needs with fun and bonding group pose. Choose an in-home class or beach yoga class, we'll provide the mats and beach blankets. Add on a customizable playlist with the party crew's favorite music at no additional cost.

Tamara has been teaching private yoga classes since 2014 throughout the beautiful South Florida area. We teach yoga and fitness in a way that is intuitive and practical to the bodies we live in. We believe as long as you are breathing and being mindful then you are doing yoga right!
