Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended for groups or busy weekends in Nashville, Indiana. To inquire about a private party, please send us an inquiry with your desired date, time, and party size!
Does it hurt?
Not at all! The welding process is quick, safe, and painless — you won’t feel a thing.
Can I remove permanent jewelry?
Yes. While there’s no clasp, the jump ring can be cut if you ever need to remove it. After you snip the jump ring, put your jewelry somewhere safe- we can always weld it back on later or add a clasp!
What if my chain breaks?
Life happens! Bring your chain back and we can re-weld it for you. Rewelds in the first 30 days are free. After this time frame it is just a $10 fee.

Choose from yellow gold-filled, rose gold-filled, sterling silver, and stainless steel chains, plus a large selection of charms and connectors like initials, birthstones, and zodiac signs, and more!

Can we book for a private party?
Absolutely! We love to host bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls’ trips, and other group celebrations in our log cabin studio. Private parties are held outside of normal shop hours, so you get the space to yourself! Feel free to bring food, drinks, music, decor, and anything else to add a personal touch. Send us an inquiry with your desired date, time, and party size to get started. Mention you found us on "lets batch" and we'll provide your group a complimentary bottle of champagne or sparkling juice!
Can you come to us?
Yes! We are available to travel to you for a private party or event. Think staying in your cozy Airbnb with the girls and letting us set up in the comfort of your space! Please send us an inquiry with as many details as you can provide! Purchase minimums are required for travel.
