Enjoy a private group yoga/meditation practice in the comfort of your Airbnb. My superpowers are leading feel-good flows while weaving in the guest of honor's fave music, some soulful teachings, and really yummy movement. This personalized group experience will be tailored to your energy: beginner-friendly / slow and stretchy / restful + relaxing / heart-pumping + sweaty.. YOU NAME IT! I'll bring the yoga mats, speaker, essential oils, oracle cards, etc.. you bring music requests, open minds, your party's vibes - whether you're chill and relaxing, or poppin' bottles.. we'll all have a blast. Post-flow photoshoot is ALWAYS included!

About this experience partner:

While I'm not leading badass destination yoga retreats from Mexico to Morocco, I teach vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra, and prenatal classes and private sessions for students and corporate clients (both in-person and online). My teaching specialties include helping students flip their perspective with inversions, busting prenatal yoga myths (mama of 2 here!), and coaching students from all walks of life to learn the basics of meditation. • The cost per person is all-inclusive of your at-home yoga experience. if you desire post-flow mimosas or green juice, I can recommend local spots.
• Minimum group size is 5 people; maximum is however many can fit in your location.
