The experience includes:
Ceremonial cacao – Sip ethically sourced cacao prepared with intention to open the heart, ground, and recenter.
Creating sacred space – We open by setting a shared container with intentional presence and heartfelt connections.
Goddess Circle – Reflective space to honor the sacred feminine through intention-setting and meaningful connection.
Cleanse, clear & align – Essential oils and smudging with sage and palo santo to help cleanse and align your energy
Sound healing – Rest into the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments woven throughout the journey to soothe the nervous system and invite deep relaxation.
Mindful movement – A gentle somatic practice (no experience needed) to release stagnant energy, come home to the body, and feel fully alive.
Sharing & integration – Optional sharing offers space for inner clarity, emotional release, and heartfelt connection.
