A sound bath is a therapeutic relaxation & healing experience. The session is guided by a certified sound therapist with over five years of experience. Crystal bowls and other instruments are used to create sounds and vibrational resonance that will "wash" over you, aiming to leave you deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
Who will be guiding us through the sound bath experience?
The experience is guided by Katie or one of her trusted team members who have multiple years experience guiding and facilitating Sound Baths. If she is not available on the date and time requested she will reach out and let you know which of the other amazing teachers on her team will step in to guide it for her. If you prefer to work with Katie, please add that in the notes.
