Do we need to bring anything?

Just water and a yoga mat if you'd like one for comfort—most of the session is standing. I provide resistance bands if your group would like to use them

What should we wear?

Athleisure or whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Barefoot or socks are fine unless you're outdoors, in which case sneakers are recommended.

Where can the class take place?

Anywhere with enough room for everyone to move - beach houses, living rooms, backyards, or even local parks. I’ll help you figure it out if you’re unsure! Outdoor sessions are great - just make sure the space is flat, shaded if possible, and weather-appropriate.
