What do we need to bring
Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottles and water shoes. (If you don't have it, we do!) Guide Gratuity
Do we get wet
You walk in and out of the river so shoes are wet. You will get splashed paddling through the rapids, so everything is wet from the waist down You can always get more wet (swimming or water fights) if you choose
How long is the kayak tour
Plan on 3 hours from check in to check out 15 after the hour: check in on the half hour: shuttle departs 45 min after: safety talk and launch 2 hour guided kayak tour 15 after: return shuttle on the half hour: check out
What should we wear
Dress to get wet. Swimwear, shorts, dry fit clothing. Water shoes or outdoor sandals with a heel strap. (NO bare feet, flip flops, Crocs or slides)
What is an average tip when leaving gratuity
Our guides appreciate anything but a common guideline for small groups (4 or less) $20 per guide and for larger groups, $10 per person in your group.
