Cacao is an ancestral practice that is shared with community to open yourself to the deepest secrets of your heart. Cacao is known for its power to bring your closer to your own essence of unconditional love by giving you a gentle opportunity to unravel the different emotions stuck in the center of the chest. Powerful and authentic, cacao will take you on a journey as deep as you want to experience it. During our time together we will meditate with our cacao ceremonially sipping it. We will then give time to the medicine to work its magic before exploring the realm of sound bowls. The experience will be simple and gentle. Anyone interested in opening its heart, mind and soul is welcome.

About this experience partner:

Born and raised in Paris, France, Sarah first moved to California for college. Pursuing a traditional path Sarah graduated from a MBA at Edhec Business School before discovering the path of Bhakti Yoga & Sacred Shamanism.

Inspired by a first trip in India in 2010, Sarah followed the path of ancient healing techniques and Yoga. Once Sarah opened her spiritual Pandora box she kept craving more knowledge. In 2017, she graduated from a yoga teacher training at Bhakti Yoga Shala.

This past 5 years, Sarah dedicated her time and passion into building safe and sacred spaces in Joshua Tree in LA to facilitate healing and empowerment of self.
