About this Experience
What you'll do:
BARRE before the bar! Have a barre, Pilates or yoga sesh right at your Palm Springs party pad with FIT BACH private luxury fitness classes. Also offering Aqua classes for those hot desert summers! Our talented instructors come right to you with all equipment and a custom playlist if preferred. Add on a mimosa bar to enjoy after your class. Classes are for all levels and can be done in the morning pre-brunch/mimosas or early evening for a 'happy hour' class!

Also offering pilates, aqua classes, and yoga, FIT BACH provides all equipment, custom music, plus extras to give you and your gals the most fun workout of your life! Our Palm Springs Barre/Pilates instructor Michelle is also the founder and owner of FIT BACH, bringing over 10 years of experience teaching Barre with training in the 'Original' Lotte Berk Barre method as well as mat Pilates. No 'barres' are required to get that barre booty to burn we know and love! We have more talented fitness and yoga instructors to bring the vibes. FIT BACH is where fitness meets fun!
Additional information:
All classes are 1 hour including set up/take down and are customized for all-levels
All equipment and props are included
Barre classes can be Classic Barre, Barre/Pilates, or Barre Cardio
Optional Reiki healing can be included in your Yoga class at no extra cost
Group photos and videos can be taken before/during/after class
Custom playlist included if preferred
Indoor classes are required for later than 9am classes during summer (the temp will be well over 100!)
Participants can wear active/yoga wear and bare feet or grip socks

Michelle led mix fusion yoga and pilates class at our air bnb. Class was very easy to follow and went faster than I expected. Moves were fun and went great with the playlist. Few exercises definitely got my heart rate pumping.At the end we were given a cold beanbag eye mask and a quite meditation sesh. Michele stay to take photos of our group. Great way to start our Saturday! Mimosa came with 2 bottles of champs 2 bottles of OJ an ice bucket and glasses Hghly recommended

We had an INCREDIBLE time with Michelle on my friend's bachelorette in Palm Springs! We all got a great workout in, had a blast, and Michelle was so prepared and thorough! She was promptly on time, had everything ready to go, and gave us a killer workout while providing creative options for levels of difficulty. If you are going on a bachelorette any time soon - I cannot recommend FIT BACH enough!

Michelle coached a private class for our Bachelorette party and was truly a delight. She brought all of her own equipment including speakers and mats for the entire party. She was motivating and had a great workout planned and personalized for the group. 10/10 would recommend for a special Bachelorette group experience!

Michelle was amazing! She made it so easy for us providing everything we needed. Our group had girls that had never done barre before and some with past injuries but she made sure to provide alternative exercises when needed. Her playlist was amazing and the exercises were tough but fun! Everyone had a blast! Highly recommend for any bachelorette party!!
