Does Everyone Have To Pay To Get In?
Yes, everyone aged 3 and older needs a ticket to enter, including photographers, assistants and spectators. Children aged 2 and younger, as well as pets, can enter for free—but please note that pets are not allowed on Saturdays. We operate with a limited capacity per hour to ensure the best experience for everyone, which is why all guests, including those not taking photos, are required to purchase a ticket. This helps us manage the space and keep it enjoyable for all visitors.
How Do I Take My Own Selfies?
During your visit, you can enjoy a self-guided tour using our phone holder tools and Bluetooth remotes, which allow you to control your smartphone camera with ease. This makes capturing your own selfies simple and convenient!
Are Photographers Allowed In?
Yes, photographers are welcome! They’ll need to have a ticket, and if they bring an assistant, the assistant will also need a ticket. If you plan to bring lighting equipment, please ensure it is cordless. We’re an open creative space for photographers of all levels, from amateur to professional.
Do I Have To Book My Reservation In Advance?
Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to full price for General and Group Admission, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Online bookings typically cost less when using our featured promo codes available on the homepage, while walk-ins are subject to full pricing. We’re usually flexible with arrival times unless there’s a private party scheduled. General Admission: Can be booked the same day. Group Admission: Can be booked the same day. Prozone Rentals: Must be booked at least 1 day in advance. Private Production Rentals: Must be booked at least 1 day in advance. Semi-Private Parties: Require booking 2 days in advance. Private Party Rentals: Need to be booked 1 week in advance.
Are Pets Allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pets are allowed, however, due to high volume, pets are not allowed on Saturdays. For smaller breeds, we recommend keeping them in a carrier to prevent them from wandering the studio while you take your selfies. To help us maintain a clean environment, please ensure your pet gets bathroom breaks before or during your visit.
