Your booking includes comfortable, climate-controlled transportation, a friendly and personable driver, unlimited miles, and thoughtful extras such as local snacks from AVL Pretzel Co., bottled water and ice, branded koozies, and a Polaroid camera with film. The team can also help with itinerary planning. Drinks are purchased by your group at each stop, and BYOB is welcome on the bus.
How does booking work?
Choose your preferred vehicle, date, pickup time, and booking length through the website. A 25% deposit secures your reservation. Once booked, the team can help plan your route or suggest stops, and they will reach out during the week of your booking to finalize the details.
How much does it cost?
Transportation is $150 per hour, per vehicle, based on the time from pickup to drop-off. Pickup and drop-off fees may apply depending on your location. Meeting at Greenman Brewery or pickup and drop-off within 3 miles of downtown Asheville are complimentary. Custom pickup and drop-off locations more than 3 miles and up to 10 miles are $49, with additional fees possible for locations farther away.
How many people can you accommodate?
There are two 14-passenger vehicles available, accommodating up to 28 guests total. Additional transportation may be available for larger groups, so reach out if you're planning an XXL group.
How long should we book the vehicle?
Five or more hours is generally recommended unless you have a specific schedule. A good rule of thumb is to plan for one fewer stop than the number of hours booked. For example, a 5-hour booking allows time for approximately 4 stops while leaving room for travel between locations. The ideal duration depends on your route and stops.

You can visit breweries, bars, wineries, distilleries, restaurants, concerts, and more. No specific type of location is required, and the team can suggest stops based on your group's preferences or follow an itinerary you create. Your route can also be adjusted during the day as plans change.
Can we drink on the bus?
Yes! BYOB is welcome, and you can use the onboard cooler for your drinks. You can also pick up additional beverages at stops along the way. Please note that your group is responsible for purchasing its own drinks.
Can you pick us up from our Airbnb?
Yes! Airbnb and vacation rental pickups are one of the most common requests. Pickup and drop-off are complimentary within 3 miles of downtown Asheville. Custom locations more than 3 miles and up to 10 miles are $49, with additional fees for locations farther away.
Can we extend our booking?
Sometimes. If the schedule allows, you may be able to extend your time at the standard $150 per hour rate, prorated based on your additional usage. However, extensions are not guaranteed, so it's best to book enough time for your planned itinerary.
Can we play our own music?
Absolutely! The vehicles have Bluetooth, allowing your group to connect and control the music throughout the ride.
