What you'll do:
Axe throwing is the perfect way to celebrate anything including a crazy party! Our Axeperts™ will start with 1 on 1 coaching to get everyone throwing safety and comfortably, then lead the group in a tournament to determine an axe-throwing champion. Even if you’ve never thrown axes before, this will be a unique experience that will leave you wanting to do it again!

About this experience partner:
Urban Axe Throwing, brought to the United States by Urban Axes in 2016, is the delightfully forbidden act of taking a break from the monotony and stress of city living and throwing an axe at a wooden target. There’s something deeply satisfying about hearing the thunk of the axe as it sticks to the board (followed by the cheers of your friend), and that feeling has people hooked. Axe throwing is a social experience where everyone can throw an axe and will probably love it once they try it. Every experience begins with safety and instruction from our Axeperts who act as your helpful guide, scorekeeper, and host for your visit.
Additional information:
- We are a 21+ facility on Fridays and Saturdays after 5pm; 12+ otherwise accompanied by an adult
- BYO for beer, hard cider, wine, & canned cocktails (ex. Truly, High Noons); no liquor allowed
- IDs required to verify waiver signed at check-in
- Closed-toed shoes required
- Decorations & swag includes a sash for the guest-of-honor, balloons on stands, banner, tablecloth, lumberjack photo props, & koozies
- 18% gratuity for coaches will be included in the final price at checkout.

The facility is solid but it's the people who made our experience AMAZING. Dom and Chelsea were quite the team. I came in as a first timer and have ZERO nature talent for axe throwing but they kept things light, fun, and helped me get my groove. By the end, I even hit a few bullseye(s)! 10/10 would recommend.

If you are looking to book a group outing, truly look no further. After considering so many places in Austin, this place made a group outing a BREEZE. Super easy to communicate with, easy to plan and book, BYOB and BYOFood. Really fun game as well. Jacob was very friendly and provided pointers to everyone every step of the way. Awesome event leader and event space.

We came in for a group booking today. Our coach, Chelsea, did a great job of making the new throwers feel at ease and had everyone sticking axes in targets in no time.
