Britt is the Owner of Body Bronzed. She is fueled by massive amounts of caffeine and her passion to inspire confidence one body bronze at a time. Britt is dedicated to staying in the know of what is the latest + greatest when it comes to the sunless tanning industry.

With a history of skin cancer in her family, it is her mission to properly educate others on what it takes to live their best spay-tan lives, promoting the idea of bronze more, and burn less. She believes in the theory that all tans fade, might as well go for the one that doesn't leave behind any damage!

In addition to running her sunless empire, Britt enjoys happy hour with her besties, binge-watching Bravo TV, and searching for the best sunsets Arizona has to offer.

Additional information:

• SHAVE before you exfoliate. For optimal spray tan results, you should do this 24 hours prior to your appointment. It's important to allow time for the amino acids on your skin to reconstruct as DHA needs amino acids to adhere to. Also, the pores need time to close before applying the solution. Shaving/waxing BEFORE you exfoliate will help to ensure there are no barriers or residue left behind from your razor or waxing products.

• EXFOLIATE your skin after shaving to remove any barriers, old skin cells, or residue from shaving/waxing. This helps to form a smooth canvas for your spray tan to properly adhere to. A good oil-free scrub, an exfoliating mitt, or a tan eraser is recommended use. Pay attention to dry areas like your feet, heels, ankles, elbows, knees, knuckles, etc.

• SCHEDULE appointments accordingly. Manicures. pedicures, facials, and massages should be done at least one day before your appointment.

• DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT be sure to come with barrier-free, clean skin. Do not come to the appointment with any existing self-tanner or from a former spray tan on the skin. If you have an existing spray tan, you should opt for using a spray tan eraser. Do not have any products on your skin, this includes makeup, sunscreen, perfume, deodorant, lotions, and/or creams. Products can leave a film and change the pH of your skin.

• If you must, you can rinse with lukewarm water 3 hours before the appointment. Do not use soap or shampoo.

• Your spray tan session can be done with or without undergarments. It is all about what you feel most comfortable in!

• Wearing loose, dark clothes is recommended after your session. Flip flops or slides are ideal. Tight clothing and sneakers can rub against your fresh tan and remove it in some areas.
