What’s included in a picnic party setup?

Each setup includes picnic blankets, cushions, low picnic tables, tableware, centerpieces, and signage. You’ll choose between our girly pink picnic or tea party setup. We also offer add-ons like balloons, charcuterie boards, games, and photo moments.

How long does the picnic last?

Our standard picnic duration is 2 hours. Want more time? Just let us know when booking and we’ll walk you through extended options.

Can you set up inside?

Yes! We can absolutely set up indoors—in living rooms, community spaces, or anywhere we have enough space. It’s a great option if the weather isn’t ideal.

What if the weather is bad?

For outdoor setups, we require temperatures above 45°F and dry weather. If it’s too cold or rainy, we’ll work with you to either move the setup indoors or reschedule.

Where do you set up?

We can set up in backyards, parks, living rooms—anywhere with enough space. If your location is more than 30 miles outside of Boise, a travel fee will apply.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during warmer months and weekends.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own snacks, drinks, and desserts. We’ll style them beautifully into your setup, or you can add on a grazing board from one of our partner vendors.
