TRYPPS is a phenomenal business. I sincerely think I have never had faster service. I am so impressed. I called Mike and I had my delivery within the hour. He is the owner and he literally dropped what he was doing to go get what I needed. I even texted Mike back later because I had a question about my receipt, and his responses were instant. It was late in the evening, and he was still working, and again his responses were prompt. I let him know how much I appreciated his customer service and that employees who can meet and even EXCEED the clients expectations these days are a dying breed. He literally did everything that he said he was going to do; again, a rarity in this day and age. Mike has the latest technology up-to-date and handles all of the business swiftly. I literally could not have asked for anything more today. If you need an excellent local courier, TRYPPS is your company.

We have ridden with Mike the Driver and the team a number of times over the years. All I can say is they are the most professional, courteous, punctual, and responsible drivers I have ever worked with. Cars are always looking and smelling great. At least once every couple months, they assist me in getting to some appointments. They are always so patient with me. Mike, you have a customer for life.

Michael Tellz provides excellent customer service. He also cares about customers' needs and helps others with business. He has wisdom, no matter what! He took 11 passengers, including me, to Temecula Valley Winery on June 29, 2024. It was the best time ever to go with a great business group, get to know each other, and share information about the business. Going to the winery is the best ever; it is one of my favorites!! Thank you, Michael, for everything, and same for Mario Hernandez of Desert United and Mario's TileCare!!

Michael was an awesome tour guide for our trip to Joshua Tree on New Year's Eve. His van comfortably accommodate our large group of 13, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and he took a really cool video collage of several photos taken. He even offered to take us to the Joshua Tree Saloon and extend our time together. I would highly recommend him if you are in the area and are in need of a tour guide. 5-star guy!

Our family group of 11 took a trip from Palm Springs to Lancaster. The bus was clean and Monica, our driver, was prompt and professional. She was flexible with our stops and helped make our day trip an enjoyable one. We are currently working through some rate issues as the limo was undergoing maintenance, but Michael said he will reach out to make it right soon. Overall, a great experience.

All I can say, is "Wow"! Michael and his team are so incredibly responsive, courteous, professional and proactive! Have already used Trypps' services several times already, as after the first time I was so impressed! Highly recommend Trypps!

Trypps is a professional transportation business with a big heart. I have had the pleasure of using this service 3 times. Once as an executive car service during a corporate event. Once as a party bus in Joshua Tree and most recently, a round trip from Rancho Mirage to LAX. Mike the Driver and owner, arrived early, took care of settling us in, made sure we were comfortable and got us to the airport on time, and made sure we were taken care of at the airport. On the return trip, all of the above was true. But most importantly, we never needed to worry if Mike would be there. If you've used car services for airport pickup, you know that airplanes, cues, and customs are not predictable and timing is not precise. We kept in touch with Mike and he was where we needed him, when we finally cleared. I have referred Trypps many times, most recently as a cross country driver to deliver a car and family pet after a death in the family and as a driver for our Granddaughter-to- be's bachelorette party. Trypps offers great, personalized concierge service. Definitely use them as your one and only.

I absolutely loved my experience with trypps! Mike was so accommodating, easy to work with, and always got back to me right away whenever I had a question. I booked a shuttle for a bachelorette trip in Palm Springs for 8 girls and I'm so so happy with the service we got. Our driver Shane was great and was always on time for everything. The bus was nice and clean and I liked that we were able to connect our phone to the car via Bluetooth so that we could listen to our music to and from the restaurant and club. Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic drivers. Had an event this weekend, and the driver was amazing. Waited on us to travel through this insane pathway to our car. Even helped us get out of the car, thank you Mike!!

We booked Trypps this past weekend for transportation for a 13-person bachelorette outing in downtown Palm Springs. Both Mike (the owner) & Shane (our driver) were kind, communicative, helpful, and accommodating. It really gave me peace of mind knowing we had safe transportation from each of our stops and back home since we were drinking. I would 100% recommend Trypps for any of your transportation needs.
