While we accept bookings up to three days in advance, please note that we may not be able to guarantee the full range of decor options due to the short turnaround time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

We work with a variety of talented local vendors, from custom cookies to charcuterie boards. Don’t stress about transporting goods—we can coordinate and deliver everything directly to you, ensuring your event is seamless.

Do you come back for breakdown?
Typically, we do not provide breakdown services unless there is a rental item involved, such as an LED sign, shimmer wall, custom bar, etc. However, you can add breakdown service to your package for an additional fee. Let us know if you'd like to include this option!
How far will you travel for setup?
We are happy to travel within a 50-mile radius of our shop, located in Neptune Beach, FL, to set up your party decor. If your event is outside this area, please reach out, and we can discuss additional travel options.
What if I have extra decor to setup?
We’re happy to set up any additional decor you have at no extra charge! Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
What if I want decor, but not a decor package?
No problem! You can choose any decor items you'd like and create a custom setup, a la carte. Simply let us know what you're looking for, and we'll make it happen!
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! We’re more than happy to customize your package by making substitutions or adding any items you’d like. Just let us know what you're envisioning, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect setup!

How long does the setup process take?
We typically budget about 2 hours for setup, but in most cases, we’re finished in just about an hour! Since everything is prepped in advance, the process is mostly about installing the setup and ensuring everything is perfect for your event.
Do I need to be present during set-up?
Nope! As long as you provide us with access and any instructions for your Airbnb or hotel, we’ll take care of everything and have everything set up before you even arrive.
Will you pick-up/delivers items ordered locally?
Yes! You can order groceries through Instacart or use another pickup option, and we’ll charge a $50 convenience fee to pick up and stock the fridge for you. Just let us know the details, and we’ll take care of the rest!
