For your private mobile BYOB paint and sip event, guests will relax, sip their favorite drinks, and unleash their inner artist in a lively, social atmosphere. All materials are included for each participant—canvas, paint, brushes, table covers, aprons, ect.—so you can simply show up and enjoy the experience. You’ll be guided through a fun, step-by-step painting session led by one of our talented artists, making it easy and enjoyable for everyone, even if you’ve never picked up a brush before. With a variety of themed painting options to choose from, you can customize the experience to perfectly fit your event and create something truly special. Throughout it all, you’ll enjoy a social and engaging atmosphere that’s perfect for connecting, mingling, and sharing a creative, memorable time with your guests. Additional information:

• Pricing includes all art supplies, table covers, and aprons.

• The artist will handle full setup and cleanup and guide guests through creating their own masterpiece to take home.

• Food and beverages are not included in our pricing; however, if your event is held at the specific venue, these may be arranged and purchased directly through the venue.

• Tables and chairs are provided by the venue.

• If the event begins one hour or more later than the confirmed start time, a late fee of $50 per hour may be applied.

• Custom painting requests are available for an additional flat fee of $75 and must be paid at the time of deposit.

Terms & Conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your private event booking. This deposit is transferable for up to one year.

• By submitting the deposit, you agree to all Terms and Conditions outlined here.

• Once the deposit is received, we will send over our painting portfolio for your selection.

• Final headcount payment is due 24 hours prior to the event (note: 2 seats are already included with your deposit).

• Up to 3 no-shows are allowed, provided the group minimum of 8–10 participants is met.

• Refunds for up to 3 no-show seats will be processed after the event once final attendance is confirmed above the minimum requirement.

• We are not financially responsible for paint on clothing or other surfaces during the event.
