Chef Craig was so friendly and was very hands on each step of the way. This was our very first time making pasta, but we left feeling comfortable enough to do this on our own. My friends and I had a wonderful time!

It was a blast, Chef Greg was engaging, informative, entertaining and very knowledgeable. He kept the atmosphere lively and fun. His techniques were simple and easy to follow and we were excited with the end result of the pasta we made. We would definitely recommend this class and would not hesitate to attend the other classes that are offered.
