There were 12 of us, and every single one of us was talking about how amazing the food and service was. Steve made everything so easy and stress-free. And the short rib? Insane. We’d book him again in a heartbeat.

We surprised our bride with a private dinner from Chef Steve and she was blown away. He created a custom menu, plated everything beautifully, and made the night feel so special. We were sipping wine, laughing, and eating the best meal of the trip.

Steve cooked the most beautiful Italian meal for our bachelorette party—handmade pasta, fresh ingredients, and flavors that felt straight out of Tuscany. He even brought printed menus with our bride’s name on them. 10/10 experience.

Every plate looked like it came out of a magazine, and somehow tasted even better. Chef Steve handled everything from setup to cleanup and left the kitchen spotless. Perfect for groups that want something elevated and memorable.

AMAZING customer service, chef was so lovely and made the entire friend group so happy, food was spectacular. Everything about it was highly recommendable ! We even had to change locations last minute from Aspen to Vail which are not near each other and we were still accommodated, 10/10 recommend !!

The team we had for our “cooking class” was so much fun!!! I do put the cooking class in quotes as our group was more interested in eating the delicious food than partaking in the cooking haha but lucky Stephen and team noted that early and stepped in to help bring the meal home. We had a blast and everything was awesome! They showed up on time, were very open to my menu changes and suggestions, and left my house so clean! What more can you ask?! Highly recommend :)

Steve made us delicious food for our engagement party- including pretzel bites, and charcuterie boards. We had 40 guests and had more than enough food. He even squeezed us in, and showed up early, before he had to attend another event. Very very thankful for Steve’s services and kindness!
