Are you guaranteed to see manatees and monkeys?

These are wild animals, so sightings aren’t guaranteed—but they are very common! Silver Springs is known for its manatee population and a group of wild rhesus monkeys that live in the trees along the riverbanks. Most of our guests spot both. You'll see an abundance of wildlife and the clearest, bluest water imaginable as well.

Is this a good activity for a group or celebration?

Absolutely! We host birthday parties, bachelorette and bachelor groups, friend reunions, and more. It’s a unique and memorable way to celebrate while surrounded by natural beauty (and maybe some curious monkeys!). There is also a cafe right inside the state park and great restaurants nearby.

What if it rains?

Light rain won’t stop the adventure, but if weather conditions are unsafe (thunderstorms or high winds), we’ll reschedule or refund your booking. Your safety is always our top priority.

What should I wear for this tour?

Wear comfortable, quick-dry clothes like a swimsuit or athletic gear. Bring water shoes or sandals with straps (no flip-flops), and don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection.
