What you’ll do:

Take a pause in the middle of your week. This 50-minute Lumé Co. Wellness experience is designed to help your crew recharge, reconnect, and glow together — the perfect weekday reset.

Available Mondays through Wednesdays, it’s your chance to unwind after a busy morning, set fresh intentions for the afternoon, or carve out space for self-care during the week.

Step away from the weekday rush with a private yoga session customized for your group. Flow through intentional movement, guided breathwork, and curated playlists (Y2K throwbacks, soft-girl beats, or today’s top hits).

We close with restorative savasana enhanced by calming essential oils and cool hand towels, leaving your group grounded, clear, and recharged for the rest of the day.

Every session includes yoga mats, music, aromatherapy, and hand towels — so all you have to do is simply show up and enjoy.

Classes can be hosted at your office, Airbnb, hotel, rooftop, or private venue.
