My Love for Chocolate: Two Unique Chocolate Experiences

About this Experience

What you'll do:

Discover Your Perfect Chocolate Adventure!

Indulge in one of our two unique chocolate experiences in Los Cabos, each crafted to delight your senses and create unforgettable memories. Drip Me Baby: Loud, colorful, playful — ideal for fun-loving groups, parties, and content creators. Ancestral Workshop: Deep, meaningful, hands-on — ideal for curious travelers, foodies, and families.

The Chocolate Table Art Party – Drip Me Baby: Get messy, get sweet, make edible art with your heart. An interactive, over-the-top dessert experience where your table becomes the canvas. Perfect for bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, or just an epic day with friends.

  • Splatter, drizzle, and paint with edible chocolate “paints” in vibrant shades like ruby, matcha, dark, and white chocolate.

  • Decorate your giant edible canvas with cookie crumbles, dried fruits, nuts, edible flowers, and sprinkles.

  • Choose your background art (hearts, spirals, freestyle) and phrase (like “Love You More”, “Sweet on You”, or “Chocolate Love”) for a personalized, photo-worthy experience.

  • Finish by digging into your creation — with your hands, spoons, or however you like.

  • Includes: All ingredients, decorating tools, and protective setup, group photo + video session

  • Optional add-ons: champagne or chocolate shots, custom aprons, music

The Ancestral Chocolate Workshop – From Seed to Bar: An immersive cultural tasting journey through Mexico’s sacred cacao traditions. This is an interactive activity where you’ll roast, peel, grind, and turn cacao beans into your very own artisanal chocolate bar — just like the ancient Mesoamerican cultures did. This workshop connects food, history, and the senses.

  • Taste raw cacao beans and different preparations (traditional drinks, flavored chocolates, etc.)

  • Learn the story and symbolism of cacao in Mexican culture

  • Make and mold your own chocolate by hand with custom ingredients (like vanilla, chili, cinnamon, or coffee)

  • Great for food lovers, families, and anyone who wants to connect deeper with local traditions

  • Includes: All ingredients and tools, cultural storytelling, Cacao tasting flight

  • Optional add-ons: traditional drinks, handmade souvenirs

I had Max as my instructor and he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave me suggestions of things I could do in the area afterwards. It was such a memorable experience and I highly suggest adding this to our itinerary while in Los Cabos.

Wonderful experience and great speaking with a fellow world traveler. Axel was waiting for us when we arrived and shared his knowledge with us (as well as delicious chocolate, of course!).

Wonderful and fun experience learning about the history of cacao and how it is processed. Getting to do things hands on made it very special. We even got to take our chocolate home with us to enjoy later. At the very end we were offered a chocolate tasting from the factory. Everything with delicious! Axel was very friendly, warm, and we learned a lot from him.

Axel was so great with his knowledge and personal touch. Super informative and a fun and relaxing chocolate making class. Learning about the ancient history of chocolate and the indigenous people. He also had great recommendations for all things in the city. A+

February 2025 • Group-Trip Party

Axel was very responsive in communication, flexible when we were delayed due to traffic, knowledgeable, and friendly. Loved the variety of experiences - from roasting, cracking cacao to grinding and making chocolate. We had a teenager in our group and she enjoyed the class as well. Fun thing to do as a family.
