Additional information:

You must mail all sent decor 2 weeks out BEFORE your arrival date. Any setup over 2 hours there will be an $85 an hour add on. Any house past 15 miles from the GAT warehouse (16801 N. 90th St. Suite 102 Scottsdale AZ 85260) there will be an additional $120 added + $1.25 per mile.
