• Cancellation policy:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund of any pre-payment

  • Less than 24 hours notice: $35 fee or 20% of full fare, whichever is higher

  • Rescheduling: Free with 48+ hours' notice; 20% fee with less than 24 hours' notice

  • No-shows are non-refundable

• Safety and compliance:

  • Vehicle capacity limits are strictly enforced

  • Under no circumstances will we transport more passengers than the vehicle can legally hold
