You’ll gather your group around the table for an interactive seafood boil designed for celebrating together. We handle the setup and cooking so you can relax and enjoy the moment.
At Dump Time, the seafood is poured right onto the table—shrimp, crab, lobster (if selected), corn, potatoes, and more. Guests dig in, crack shells, peel shrimp, and share a meal that naturally brings everyone together.

Suzy and her team handle every boil personally and tailor it to fit your group’s vibe, appetite, and celebration. A full-service seafood boil from setup to cleanup

Red & white gingham tables with brown paper runners
Custom seafood bibs, bamboo silverware, seafood tool if necessary, and serving ware
Southern-style biscuits with lots of melted butter
Leftovers packed up for seconds

An indoor oven (if available) to reheat our delicious biscuits

We arrive 1.5 2 hours before your want to eat to decorate, set up, prep and boil.
Can I choose the time I want to eat?
Yes, we call it Dump Time
Do I need to home or at the location where you will bring the boil?
Nope, we arrive at your location, set up and prep. Just have your dining tables exactly where you want to eat and we handle the rest. Just be there for Dump Time

What is in your seafood boils?
All our boils start with our Traditional Shrimp Boil package unless you do not want shrimp. We use XL wild caught gulf shrimp from the USA so there are no chemicals or preservatives. Fresh corn on the cob, sweet Vidalia onions, Andouille sausage, baby potatoes, melted butter and Southern style biscuits. Snow crab, lobster tails, live Maine lobsters, Little Neck clams, crawfish are all available to add on. We simmer everything in our secret seasoning with fresh squeezed lemons, and garlic.
How much clean up is there?
Easy! All of our serve ware and table cloths are disposable.

How much does it cost?
Our traditional shrimp boil is $39.00 pp with options for additional seafood priced separately.
Do you offer any other food if we can't or don't want shellfish?
Yes. We have side items like coleslaw, Suzy's White Cheddar- Mac-N-Cheese, extra Andouille sausage, SuzyRita's margarita mix by the gallon.
