What you'll do:

Join us for a night in Rome to learn the secret of creating Cacio E Pepe. This is a traditional pasta dish of the city of Rome. Cacio E Pepe translates to "cheese and pepper". In keeping with its name, the dish contains grated pecorino romano cheese and black pepper, together with fresh handmade pasta.

• In this fun and hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step through basic knife skills, how to roll and make pasta dough from scratch. You will also partake in making a Cacio E Pepe sauce to pull the dish together.
