About this Experience

What you'll do:

You take the wheel of a side-by-side and follow your guide down the kind of middle Tennessee dirt roads most visitors never see — ridgelines, creek crossings, and quiet farmland between Nashville and Hampshire.

  • Drive your own SXS – You and your group pilot the vehicles yourselves on this guided backcountry tour, with your guide leading the route.

  • Cross creeks and ridgelines – You wind through middle Tennessee backcountry on dirt roads chosen for scenery, not shortcuts.

  • Stop at a working winery – You spend up to two hours at Amber Falls, Keg Springs, or Natchez Hills. Wine tastings and food are available for purchase on-site and are not included in the tour price.

  • Ride back with the windows open – You return through the countryside on a slower, BYOB-friendly route built for winding down.

  • Grab your group photo and swag – You leave with a group picture and a t-shirt for the guest of honor.

The pace is yours; your guide adjusts the route based on whether your group wants more trail time or more time at the winery. By the time you're back in Nashville, you've had four hours of open air, real scenery, and the rest of the night still ahead of you.

Why we love it for your party:

  • Self-drive experience – Everyone gets to actually drive instead of being shuttled around, which is what makes this a Nashville bachelorette activity people remember.

  • Round-trip transport option – You can add door-to-door transportation from downtown Nashville, so no one drives after the winery stop.

  • Real winery time – Two hours at the winery means a proper visit with time to taste, eat, and enjoy live music when it's scheduled. Tastings and food are paid directly at the winery and are not included in the tour.

  • BYOB on the return ride – You can bring drinks for the trip back and start the next round before you're back in town.

  • Group photo and guest-of-honor swag – A t-shirt for the bride, groom, or birthday guest plus a group photo are included with every tour.

About this experience partner:

Fishers Off-Road is a family-run rental and guided-tour operation based in middle Tennessee, founded by Brian and Melissa Fisher of the long-running television show Fisher's ATV World. The Fishers have spent two decades filming and riding off-road parks across the country, and they built this operation to give Nashville visitors guided access to backcountry trails most rentals can't reach. Guests come for the wineries and come back for the way the team runs the ride.
